1. Your tile cleaning team will start by inspecting the tile and grout areas that you want to be cleaned. We will visually inspect and make notes.
2. We will present your options and our suggestions to make your tile and grout look like new again. We'll explain our cleaning process and how it is better than others.
3. Once you choose a cleaning option, we'll move any small furniture to a safe area.
4. We start our tile and grout cleaning by performing a Pre-Vacuum to remove any lose dirt, hair, or other items. This prepares the tile and grout for a deep cleaning.
5. Next, we spot treat any heavily stained areas that need extra attention. This will help your tile floor to look more uniform when we are finished.
6. Following our spot treatment, we apply professional tile and grout cleaning solution to your tile and agitate the solution using an agitation machine. This lifts the oils, dirt, food, glue, gum, paint, make-up, and other contaminates that are pressed into the tile and grout.
7. Next, we perform a deep cleaning of your tile and grout with our professional tile cleaning machine. Our tile cleaning machine presses 220 degree steam on the surface of your tile and grout to release dirt, body oils, food stains, make-up, and more from deep within the grout and tile surface.
8. This same amazing machine then extracts the steam, dirt, body oils, and more from your tile and grout using as much as 20% more suction power than most other cleaning services for up to 20% cleaner tile and grout. 9. We wipe up and dry any remaining steam that our machine does not extract so you can walk on your tile floors right away.
